Apparently, yesterday I forgot the sun causes sunburns and that sunscreen exists… My shoulders and chest are a shade of red I haven’t seen in a long time after spending a few hours exploring the Peony Festival. It was HOT, but the crowds showed up despite the festival being pushed back a day at the last minute.

There’s a lot going on this week, but the main event for me might be the Wienie 500. If that’s not your speed, you might want to consider entering to win tickets to catch Dance Gavin Dance on Friday at Old National Centre.
